The first of it's kind, OFQUAL course for the rehabilitation industry this course prepares learners to demonstrate effective leadership, ethical judgement and organisational responsibility in complex settings. 

The programme develops understanding of leadership capability, professional effectiveness and ethical responsibility, underpinned by theory, reflective practice and evidence-based decision making. It emphasises balancing animal welfare, client expectations, staff wellbeing and regulatory requirements. 

Core units cover communication, safeguarding and health & safety. Optional units allow specialisation in multidisciplinary working, team leadership, or marketing and brand reputation.

 Graduates will be equipped to lead animal rehabilitation services effectively, support continuous improvement, and contribute to a positive organisational culture and service sustainability. 

It also supports progression to higher-level study or greater leadership responsibility.
